Showroom

Thanks for the request to visit our showroom.  Our goal is to have a posh location in a quaint Westchester village that would display our talents and accomplishments, however the cost of restoration is high.  At this time we are only doing stove restorations upon request and with a paid deposit.

Please keep a look out for our newly completed jobs on our website under Before and After photos.

Have you thought about acquiring an antique lately, and if so what size?

Keeping in Touch

I think it is important to have a relationship with your client.  Relationships to me are the key to trust, mutual understanding, and getting the job done above your client’s expectations.  As such, I am planning on making entries into my blog so that my clients can learn more about the “Stove Lady” and what she stands for.

The Summer is our busiest time, however we are striving to manage each job while keeping our level of customer service at its highest.  I myself like to do the little things that make a difference between getting an appliance serviced and having an exceptional experience with a service provider.

I spoke with a client today that wants me to restore a stove that his parents bought and have owned since the early 50’s.  He is emotionally tied to his stove and referred to it as the family friend.  I can definitely understand that somebody’s stove could symbolize a happy childhood.  Our childhood is something that most of us cherish and keep close to our heart.   I am honored that people trust me with their “family friends” and I want everyone to know that I am doing my best in caring for them while their are in my possession.

I take great care, passion, and detail in restoring each and every stove.  Every job is done for an individual and therefore every job is different.

God has blessed me with great customers and I am please to know you all.

I welcome you to post your daily thoughts, childhood memories with regard to your antique appliances, and anything regarding your experience with the “Stove Lady”!!
